Karina is a certified Learning Experience Designer, with real-life experience in instructional design, facilitating both online and offline sessions and describing workflows and organisational structure for content creation.
Karina’s experience
Karina has 6+ years of experience in education, preceded by working in marketing, translation and HR. Most recently she started a Learning Experience Design Department from scratch, in Refocus, an EdTech company helping people in South East Asia to get their first digital profession, and before that launched and led an LXD team in the leading Russian Museum of Science and Technology.
Karina has worked with companies like Skyeng, Danon, Kaspersky, Mishka AI, Refocus 🇮🇩 🇵🇭 and several educational international projects, including Bett Show 🇬🇧 and EdCrunch.
